Unfreez is a small utility which can make Animated Gif's in a minute. This is so wonderful that if you have this small software, you probably do not need to pay for any other  Gif Animator. Just drag and drop the files from which you want to make the animation and set the loop options and delay, and you are done.

Jpegx is a modern day application of steganography. It will encrypt and hide messages in jpeg files to provide ample medium for sending secure information. The images remain visually unchanged but the code inside is altered to hide your message. Anyone with the Jpegx program could read your message as long as they know the password that you encrypted it with.

Jpegx is written and maintained by Lawrence Kom of www.nerdlogic.org. It currently is a side project but with all of the commotion arising in the field, may be advanced in the near future. As some of you may know, jpegx 1.00.6 was recently analyzed and cracked, this however has only made its encryption scheme stronger. It is a constantly improving application and may become open source once the author (me) get's it where he wants it to be. [And therefore you have now jpegx2.1.1 available for distribution.]

In the near future Jpegx will allow for plugins to encrypt the data that follow the "Smart Scrambling" encryption language I wrote.

PhotoCDBrowser is AutoRun program for photo CD-archives in TIFF, JPEG, TGA, EPS, PCX formats.
