1. The
Hosting and domain registration services offered through HostMeher are for one year period only.
2. No termination of Services is possible before expiry of one year or 12 months lease period from the date of invoice.
3. No quarterly or monthly installment is offered by
HostMeher.
4. No offensive or Adult materials would be allowed on our servers. In such cases the services shall be immediately terminated without any notice. No refund or any claim shall be allowed under such termination.
5. No refund of money shall be made in case of customers shifting to any
other plans or any other company. In all case of disputes, the
jurisdiction will only be at the appropriate Court nearest to the Company/
Service Provider.
6. Once you proceed further and Book domain (s) or server space (s) through
HostMeher it shall be presumed that you have read the agreement and you fully agree with the conditions of
HostMeher Agreement, and promise to fulfill the same.
